about
#44 is one of my first recordings. It consists of two pianos, each with their own musical responsibility. Similar to many of my other works, the theme is the foundation of the song. This theme actually played in my head for many weeks on repeat after I had written it down for the first time.
This song was taken from my very early creations. You can hear the old setup of the distant and somewhat foggy pianos.
This track was recorded on November 14th, 2009.
Title Information:
If you haven't noticed most/all of my works have numbers in their title. Numbers were chosen as the song titles because they allowed me to work more on my music without worrying what the project name was. I would name my projects with numbers to make the process of writing easier. It wasn't long before the numbers stuck.
The significance is not the order in which they were created, but what number was the closest related to the project. Some (like #10) have to do with the day of the month in which the track was recorded. Others have deeper meanings that are completely unrelated to the date.
